I have always been a fan of Wings of Fire。 I've read all the novels and they are all amazing！ :） I'm really excited about the the graphic novel coming out， because。。。 I don't know， just excited。 The Graphic Novel is pretty good。 It has most of the characters in the story， but there are also quite a lot of skipped scenes， such as Glory and Clay fighting when escaping from the volcano island。 So I would really recommend the novel before reading the graphic novel。 But all in all it is a really grea I have always been a fan of Wings of Fire。 I've read all the novels and they are all amazing！ :） I'm really excited about the the graphic novel coming out， because。。。 I don't know， just excited。 The Graphic Novel is pretty good。 It has most of the characters in the story， but there are also quite a lot of skipped scenes， such as Glory and Clay fighting when escaping from the volcano island。 So I would really recommend the novel before reading the graphic novel。 But all in all it is a really great book。 。。。more

（DISCLAIMER: I'm going through this series with my daughter， as bedtime stories。 I'm not sure what order we're using， because she picks them out。）Dragons aren't usually my thing。 However， my daughter adores this series to the point of obsession， and I can see why。 Sutherland has an easy， engaging narrative style that differentiates each character's personality without getting bogged down and the narrative grinding to a halt。 Sutherland also has a firm， Soderbergh-like grasp of dialogue and bante （DISCLAIMER: I'm going through this series with my daughter， as bedtime stories。 I'm not sure what order we're using， because she picks them out。）Dragons aren't usually my thing。 However， my daughter adores this series to the point of obsession， and I can see why。 Sutherland has an easy， engaging narrative style that differentiates each character's personality without getting bogged down and the narrative grinding to a halt。 Sutherland also has a firm， Soderbergh-like grasp of dialogue and banter， which makes the books quite fun to read aloud。Among the more impressive parts of this series is how standard mythical tropes like Plato's Cave and Messianic Prophecy get subverted。。。 but subtly， in a nonobtrusive way that never calls attention to itself。 Sutherland also uses her mythology to tackle social issues with the same level of deftness， never presenting any culture as The Answer to the problems of the current age。The dragonets' desires are what drive the narrative， and these reflect the things that all youth crave and want。 It's easy for kids like my daughter to see themselves in the dragonets。A rich， compelling universe with a straightforward mythology， identifiable and empathetic main characters， and a low barrier to entry？ Full marks。 。。。more

It is fun to read this book！ And honestly， I love the the hidden kingdom of the rainwings， and I notice that it is a lot more fun， and very colorful for the rainwings which is too much for me to see， but I still like it， I was shocked that glory challenged the queen for the queen throne。

How she thinks it How Glory thinks that she can be all mad at webs （I mean， she dose have a right to be） even though she is injured she still manages to get though the fact that she realized that what she is doing is more important than to be queen of the rain wings。 I give this book a 8/10

5 stars Glory is the best！ It is so fun to follow her around and se through her eyes。 I have always loved this third chapter in the wings of fire series， and it’s one of my favorites。 I really enjoyed this graphic novel version， and the way that the Rainwings and their home was portrayed。 I’m very exited for the forth graphic novel that is coming out this December， it’ll be awesome。
